HST Feeds is a long established, respected business with a turnover in excess of £25 million. From their Head Office in Crewe, they provide quality animal feedstuffs to the ruminant (beef / dairy cattle and sheep) and poultry sectors. As a result of continued growth plans, they are actively looking to strengthen their RUMINANT SALES TEAM in the North West of England. As a Sales Executive with HST Feeds, you will be tasked with increasing sales of animal feed products to farms in a given geographical area. In order to be considered for these roles you must meet one of the following criteria:-
1. Be an experienced animal feeds sales professional
2. Be an experienced business to business sales professional with a genuine interest in the agricultural and farming sector
3. Have a formal qualification or solid work experience in the agricultural or farming sector along with a desire to build a career in sales
You must be self-motivated, persistent, possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills and be prepared to go the extra mile to both gain the sale and to continue building relationships. The roles comprise a mixture of new business development and account management; sales within this industry are built on solid long term relationships based on trust, integrity, honesty and values. HST’s aim is to be seen as a true nutritional partner to its customers and not just as another supplier.
A full UK driving licence is essential, and candidates must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
Opportunities are available throughout the North West.
On offer is a starting basic salary of £18-22,000. You will also earn bonus / commission payments on sales giving a first year OTE of c £25,000, second year OTE of £30,000 and third year OTE of £35,000 plus. In addition the company provides a car, laptop, mobile phone, accident insurance and contributes to a personal pension plan. Full, regular, sales and technical training, both classroom and infield, together with ongoing coaching and mentoring are also provided by the Company to successful applicants.
